Ongoing Service Plans are customizable, value added service, which are at a fixed monthly (automatic payment) or annual rate. They are targeted at small/medium businesses but also available for home users.
Why do I need a service plan?
- Keep your data safe – losing your data can break your business, or for home users- loose precious pictures and other information. With our online backup we keep your files safe.
- Reduce unexpected costs – problems are going to happen eventually, it’s best to be proactive.
- Learn new solutions with the technology you already have, or technology you can easily obtain.
- Get faster service.
- Improve services for your business through technology.
Service Plans can include:
- Computer Help – including maintenance, audits of system, tutoring/training, simple fixes, network issues, managing servers, and performing upgrades (On-site services are available for businesses in Brainerd/Baxter) available in office or online
- Online and Local Backup Solutions- Make sure you’re data is protected in case of a hardware or software failure or a disaster. -standard with any service plan
- Ongoing Web Site Design, development and maintenance
- Featured Business listings on local area sites - Improve your businesses visibility on the World Wide Web whether you already have a site or not. (Standard with any local business plan)
- Online Help – Provide support online for computers with an active internet connection without the need to go on-site. Can do many of the same services remotely as the on-site help, including tutoring, and managing systems.
- Discounts on additional services offered such as digitizing old media, web hosting, and domain names.
Service plans are given priority for appointment scheduling
Customer or Provider are allowed to exit the agreement or come up with a new agreement within a one month notice.
Pricing may vary depending on how large the business/organization is, the number of devices, the amount of data needed to protect, and services needed.
Standard Pricing:
Pricing for businesses: $45* monthly per user or per computer (you choose) or get 10% discount with annual plan.
Home Plans (per household) available for $20* a month and include in office help, online/remote help/support, and online/local backup solution or Pay $200 for an annual plan that’s less than some of our competitors charge for one time.
Discounts:
- Discount if all work is either within 0.25 mile of bus routes of Brainerd/Baxter during bus route times or if technician is able to bike.
- Paying Annually receives a 10% discount for business plans.
