- On-Site means I come to you. You do not come to
me. No equipment is taken off site, with the exception of
defective parts. - Obsolete Policy: Windows 98, Me and AT machines are no
longer
supported. There will be only limited support for dial-up
internet. Other systems may also not be supported. - No smoking please while I visit – it’s also bad for your equipment.
- Per incident Pricing: $45/hour. $45 minimum charge. $90 maximum charge for labor (per device, per visit). Ask about our service plans-many additional features included.
- An additional drive time fee may also be applied. (No drive time charge in city limits of Brainerd/Baxter MN or places I’m already at for another reason/work order)
- To keep costs down, I only carry a limited supply of parts. Most parts need to be ordered online or bought at a local retailer. Parts/software supplied by you, or I will order at cost plus any tax.
